Stretching the piriformis muscle is one of the easiet ways to relieve sciatic nerve pain becuase it helps you to take the pressure that piriformis muscle applies off the nerve. When that happenes the pain relief is felt immideately and the inflammation will slowely heal by itself. I could explain you how to do the stretch but I reallt prefer the video - it's better! Enjoy!
